Who are Suzu?
The lovely Makiko and Ryuji left Selfridges in August 2008 and opened Suzu Ltd. in central London, and will be opening their new restaurant in Kensington.

Tell me about sushi...
Sushi rice and fish every are prepared every morning so that we are able to serve the freshest sushi and sashimi.
The head chef Ryuji makes sure that we have the highest quality produce everyday, so when you eat our sushi it is as if you were in Japan.

These are Ryuji's favourite dishes which many people find very popular.
Not only are they are healthy, but they have an amazing flavour and certainly make people come back for more.

For a limited period only betty blythe is please to announce that on wednesday evenings from 6pm you are invited to bring your own wine and your friends to spend an evening with the suzu chef who will freshly prepare for you a choice of the delishous sushi selection.

All the chefs at Suzu are Japanese and they provide the freshest sushi and sashimi. They are now expanding to cater for private and business events as well as their ever popular children’s birthday parties.
